We don’t know about you, but we LOVE making our own sausage that is free of the inflammatory chemicals that most major stores and companies use. This recipe is mouth-watering good and so easy make in bulk for your freezer. Simply make serving size baggies of patties and freeze for an easy protein to cook in the morning.

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean or lean ground turkey
1 teaspoon dried sage, crushed
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1 teaspoon Morton® Lite Salt
3⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
1⁄2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1⁄4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika (sweet or hot or smoked)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine very well using your hands.
Flatten into small patties.
Brown in a sauté pan on one side.
Flip onto the other side and brown until done.
