Do products available on-line have the same ingredients and quality as the products in the centers?


Yes. SlimGenics products that you purchase on-line are the same you would find in our Weight Control centers. SlimGenics products are scientifically developed and produced with the highest manufacturing standards and freshest ingredients, whether you purchase on-line or at a center. Our proprietary weight loss aids are exclusive to our program to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

 

Do I get the same discounts on-line as offered in SlimGenics centers?


Special discounts will vary between in-center and on-line promotions.

 

How do I know which products are safe for certain medical conditions?


The SlimGenics program is customized for each client, allowing for lots of flexibility for certain medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, food allergies, etc. If you were not previously or are not currently enrolled in a SlimGenics program—please note any special guidelines on each individual product page.  When in doubt, consult with your physician or contact us at custserve@slimgenics.com.

 

What if my doctor forbids me to take a product after I purchase it?


SlimGenics recommends that you consult with your physician before starting any weight-loss program. If a medical condition arises after you receive your order that precludes you from continuing with a product, we are not able to accept returns due to the consumable nature of SlimGenics products.

 

What if I don’t like a product after tasting it?

Can I return unused portions?
In order to ensure the safety and well being of our clients and to ensure protection from the possibility of tampered products, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds on any orders.

 

How long does it take to receive orders?

Your on-line order will ship in approximately 2-5 business days once we receive your order. Allow 3-5 days for delivery depending on your location.

 

What is your return policy?
